This host serves SMTP MTA Strict Transport Security policies
(RFC 8461) at
/.well-known/mta-sts.txt. There is nothing else here.
The policies are generated from the MX records in the
dnscontrol-migrate repository, so a domain's policy always
lists exactly the mail servers its MX RRset publishes.
